This is a pretty study little fountain, casts a nice light and you can make it pretty silent. My only complaint has nothing to do with the fountain but with the plants nearby that tend to grow towards it at night and start splashing water all over the place.

It could be that my instructions were as clear as mud as it took me more than several attempts to assure the rod was inserted in the pump and the instructions were more of a diagram than an explanation. Other than that, it’s wonderful. Nice, calming sound and effect. I got mine locally on sale for $12.99 and have found it online for less than $20, so I suggest you keep searching. Although I have seen it listed at $170.00!!! Do some people have more money than sense?

I bought mine to add some humidity to my wine cellar; but quite impressed. The water poors from the top over 3 stones and sounds very pleasant. It effectively added humidity to my small wine cellar (my goal). The light at the bottom (they even give you an exra one) is nice, but could be annoying. Overall very happy with this purchase! Went together quickly and easily. Instructions are good, works as promised, and looks like the picture.
